Methodology
The starting point is always a song and from there the class can explore a variety of areas in the order they choose. Together, you will build complex skills and understanding of all the musical concepts: pulse, pitch, rhythm, expressive elements, coordination, improvisation / composition, literacy and performance.
The programme is based on the Kodály method of music education, with the addition of eurythmics. It matches the recommendations of the new Model Music Curriculum.
